    The price includes the standard New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

    To what extent is the inspection carried out?

    The inspection is conducted based on the property's visible and accessible condition at the time of the assessment. Areas that are inaccessible, concealed, or pose a safety risk are excluded from the inspection. Non-invasive methods are used, but components that can be safely and reasonably accessed without causing damage—such as doors, windows, hatches, roof access points, and garage doors—are included.

    How many days before an open home should I request an inspection?

    If you contact us about 2-3 days in advance, we will complete the report and send it to you within 24 hours.

    What should I do if a problem occurs during the inspection process?

    Our professional inspectors who have participated in the inspection will provide you with the appropriate solution.
