We received a verbal inspection service from a professional before purchasing the house. They carefully checked both the interior and exterior using specialized equipment such as a drone and a moisture meter. They also provided expert advice on how to address any potential issues.
Although it was a verbal inspection, the explanations were very detailed, and they shared photo links so we could review everything again, which was very convenient. We truly appreciate the excellent service provided at a reasonable price.

Very thorough and efficient, they come in a pair where usually only one person attends for a house inspection. Recieved my report the very next day which was really quick and the report was clearly well explained and outlined.
