Verbal Inspection Report (Basic)
Purpose of Inspection:
HIC's house inspection diagnoses issues and collects image and video data for analysis, helping clients understand the condition of the property.
Identified vulnerabilities are reviewed with supporting materials, enabling quick decision-making. (Recommended for those participating in multiple auctions at a lower cost without printed reports.)
Inspection Components:
✔ Assessment of exterior and interior conditions
✔ Non-invasive moisture testing
✔ Identification of potential moisture or thermal weak points using infrared imaging cameras
✔ Roof condition and flashing inspection using state-of-the-art drone technology
✔ Verbal explanation and Q&A session based on collected data
